Bridging for Better Outcomes: Managing Diverse Conflict Styles
In this interactive training, participants learn about four different conflict styles grounded in cross-cultural research. By taking the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory®, you will identify your own conflict style, learn how others with different conflict styles perceive you, and develop strategies for de-escalating conflict with different conflict styles.
As a result, you’ll be able to leverage conflict as an opportunity for trust-building, high performance, innovation, and inclusion across cultures.
