Ashley Kelly
Ashley Kelly is Black, queer, and southern, and lives in Oakland, CA. She’s been engaged in social justice work for over a decade, and is most interested in healing justice work in service of community-building.
As a coach, Ashley has been focused on heart-centered leadership for many years, and is expanding her practice to include embodiment coaching.

Jess Delegencia
Jess Delegencia, MA, MDiv, is a global DEI leader and expert with 25 years driving inclusion strategy, transformational learning, and global leadership and social impact. His portfolio of DEI work spans 65 countries and over 170 organizations, including coaching leaders and embedding DEI holistically in employee lifecycles and organizational cultures and ecosystems.
Highlights of his professional work include being a Global Training Specialist for the Peace Corps, where he launched and built intercultural and DEI work in 33 countries; helping launch U.C. Berkeley’s Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL); serving as the 1st Chief Diversity Officer for John F. Kennedy University (CA); serving as a DEI consultant for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; and leading DEI for Fortune 100 TD Synnex, the world’s largest tech distribution company. Jess has taught courses in Organizational Leadership, Asian American Studies, and LGBTQ Studies for the Pacific School of Religion and the Center for LGBTQ Studies in Gender and Religion.
Jess received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley (California) in International Development Studies and Ethnic Studies, his MA from Eastern University (residency in Cape Town, South Africa) in International Economic Development, and his Masters of Divinity from the Graduate Theological Union (Berkeley, CA). He is a proud dual citizen of the United States and the Philippines.
