In our ever-more interconnected world, effective leaders are in high demand and short supply. The world needs leaders who can leverage cultural differences to drive innovative solutions to complex global challenges.

Grounded in empirical research on what makes successful global leaders and innovators, Global Leadership & Innovation is your training ground for becoming such a leader. Over two weeks during the summer, gather virtually with students from across the globe for six 2-hour sessions, where you will gain critical skills for leading and innovating effectively, wherever you are in the world.
